What is a Property Check?

A Propway Property Check is an on-site home inspection by a trained Propway inspector. They check plumbing, electrical points, dampness, walls, doors, windows and fittings room by room, photograph every issue, and share a written report in your Propway account. It costs ₹2,400 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft, GST included, and you pay after Propway confirms the visit.

What does a Propway Property Check cover?

Plumbing, electrical points, dampness, walls, floors, doors, windows and fittings, room by room, with photos and a written report.

How much does a property inspection cost?

₹2,400 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft with the current 20% launch offer, GST included. Larger homes add a per-sq-ft charge, shown before you book.

When do I pay?

After Propway confirms. You pay only Propway Assistance Limited, by UPI, bank transfer or cash, and Propway records the payment against your booking. Never pay a personal account.

When should I get a home inspected?

Before you buy a resale home, take possession of a new flat, or start or end a rental.

Who sees the report?

Only you. If you book the check for a home you've listed on Propway, the listing shows the “Propway Inspected” badge, never the report.

Do you inspect in my city?

We assign an inspector who covers your pincode. If none does yet, we tell you before you pay.
